Meet Our Founder Ashley Bucio, M.A., BCBA
Ashley started Homestead Behavior Therapy with one goal in mind — to create a space where children feel understood, supported, and truly seen, and where families feel empowered every step of the way.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology in Education from Columbia University, experience as a BCBA since 2019, and 9 years working with children with autism, her approach is centered on connection, compassion, and meaningful progress.
